US/domestic shipping: Orders will ship within 3 business days. If there is an expected delay in shipping, it will be stated in the header on the main menu.

International shipping: Orders will ship within 3 business days. If there is an expected delay in shipping, it will be stated in the header on the main menu. Customs charges are always a possibility. Failure to pay customs charges will result in your package being returned to us.

Tracked shipping: All orders are sent via a tracked and ensured service. We will notify you of your tracking number via email.

Missing package: If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, reach out to us via email: renaestelle@outofhandvintage.com. You will also need to contact your courier.
